ABOUT
Hellavision Television Network is an ongoing community animation project; a series of participatory events emphasizing improv practices to create animation, film, art, & design.
The core of the project is a biannual animation anthology that takes the form of 20—80 minute “Episodes”. Episodes are free to participate in, each show is not curated, given that submission guidelines are met, and then screened free (or as cheap as we can make it) to the public.

In case of a high volume of submissions we also may reject old work. Hellavision is a making opportunity first, screening opportunity second. Anyone and everyone is welcome to participate. Artists are encouraged to create work as quick as possible and without self-judgement.
The project also has included workshops, interviews, zines, in-person screening events, and work jams.
